Villa Nirvana was constructed in 1897 by John Boulton Simpson, a wealthy businessman from New York City who was one of the founders of the Green Island Improvement Company.
The estate has been recently restored and sits on 300 feet of stunning lake frontage next to the Sagamore Resort.
